Imagine you are driving along a deserted highway, and you suddenly see one billboard. With there being no competition, this one billboard would certainly catch your eye. However, imagine you are driving through Times Square - where do you look first? How would you begin to focus on one or two attention grabbing signs, when there are hundreds? This analogy applies to our current job market.
